There will be an informational booth at the Rochester, MN Feed & Country Store at Five 11 1/2 Street, SE, Suite B, on May 12 from 11 AM to 2 PM. Meet your BBRP coordinators: Mary Bailey, Olmsted and Fillmore County Coordinator and Carrol Johnson, State Coordinator and Fillmore and Rice County Coordinator. This is an opportunity to get information on getting started with bluebirds and maintaining bluebird nestboxes. Ask questions, see the latest in bluebird housing, check out the recent literature, and purchase boxes and memberships. Anyone interested in helping bluebirds is welcome to attend.

There will be a BBRP booth at the Whalan Stand Still Parade from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, May 19. This unique event, where the floats stand still and the visitors move among them, will be held on the main street of the charming small town of Whalan, Minnesota. Whalan is located 4 miles east of Lanesboro in the beautiful bluff country of southeastern Minnesota, along the banks of the Root River.
